S.0.No.1737.- In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Advocates' Welfare
Fund Act, 1983, (Karnataka Act 2 of 1985) the Government of Karnataka here by
appoints the 1st day of November, 1986(1-11-1986) as the date on which the Karnataka
Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1983, (Karnataka Act 2 of 1985) shall come into
force.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 1 of the Karnataka Advocates' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 1993,
(Karnataka Act 21 of 1993) (here in after referred to as the said Act). the Government of Karnataka here by appoints the 2nd day of
April.1997 to be the day from which all provisions of the
said Act shall come into force.
