Advocates who intend to change their names after enrolment may follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Submit a self application addressed to the Chairman, Karnataka State Bar Council, Bengaluru.

2. Fee of Rs. 5,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, K.S.B.C., Bengaluru.

3. Affidavit on Non-judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/-

4. Xerox copy of the supporting documents for change of Name.

5. Xerox copy of the Enrolment Certificate.
