MEDICAL CLAIM:
Applicable only to Advocates on completion of 5 years from Membership and deductable from Death / Retirement Claim

Should apply within 3 months from the date of initial hospitalization and applicable once in lifetime.

CALCULATION CLAUSE (Death & Retirement Claims):
Applicable for Advocates
i. Enrolled after the age of 40 years
ii. Membership after the age of 40 years on or after 6.8.2010
iii. Voluntarily suspended practice for a period exceeding three years.
iv. Membership on or after 1.8.2000 and has attained the age of 60 years.
