NO.LAW 35 LAD 99 (p-III),Bangalore, dated:1st June 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Advocates Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act NO.15 of 2005) the Government of Karnataka here by appoints the 1st June 2005 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
